Time changes many things and through my daily photography with my camera and phone I have built up an ongoing record of photos of Purbeck which show changes that occur be it through the seasons, or due to weather events like storms or new buildings or demolition of others.
All of these are useful prompts for art pieces at a range of different sizes or on hats, wooden boxes etc.
Today as an example near Ocean Bay where Shore Road turns away from the shore towards Ulwell and the footpath continues onto the North Bay and private beaches of Swanage there is an outfall for rainwater. Recently the sand around it and over beach hut base frame has been accumulating. In the last two days we have had north easterly winds and strong waves and the shore has changed dramatically, also very strong rain yesterday with local flooding shutting the A351 into Swanage.
