Here in lockdown 3 time has little meaning beyond the daily cycle as no end is in sight when we might reopen the shop. Combined with poor sleep at night means my mental health flattens, I am aware of it and today is a ‘day off’ to recuperate a bit.
I came to art to help my mental health and having suffered issues for many years I am aware of how my mood is and I know strategies to use to try and avoid dips. Today I am tired, flat of mood and I just need to rest so that’s what I am doing. The short walk happened and just confirmed that more rest was needed.
