So lockdown put pay to many local Art festivals this year so far including my local event Purbeck Art Weeks. His year I was moving away from my home Open Studio as now sharing the shop in Swanage it was logical to work from there. Also I was going to exhibit a wider range of pictures in the main venue Rollington Barn.
As an idea PAW has teamed up with Wareham Tower Chimes to hold an online auction where 25% of the proceeds will go to the Dorset Community Covid – 19 fund.
35 artists have put forward 277 works to be auctioned off. The reserve / estimate prices have yet to be added but all of the works can be seen. The auction will be held on Sunday 14 June from 3pm.

I have 10 pieces from £10 to £200 in value – all are original artworks. I hope that the event is a success, but I still want to do the traditional format in 2021 because the meeting people face to face is one of the best aspects of being an artist.
