Today we were out on a walk, I had taken a sketch pad and two pens. We sat for some refreshments about halfway round and I sat for much longer than I would normally do because I drew two sketches of views out into and across Poole Harbour.
Sketching helps me practice my drawing and observations skills but also I get lost in the moment of drawing so it is a good therapy too
