2021 first day back in the shop

Good afternoon, so I was already considering what shop hours to offer going into this month as we are in Tier 3 and usual visitors are in Tier 4 and shouldn’t be travelling to Swanage.

Decision made today that for the start of January prior to any tier review I will be in the shop:

Tuesday 10 to 4

Saturday 10 to 4

Wednesday 10 to 4 on my split weeks (6th and 27th this month)

I have posted about this on Instagram, Facebook and on a sign in the front and back windows of the shop, I will also need to change on google and other sites used to promote the shop by me.

So, it was a shop day, I saw some friends but no customers at all. This meant I started a sailing drawing I had approached the owner about. It shows three Waszp foiling sailors involved in the sail around the Isle of Wight for charity last year. Because I had so much time today I made good progress. I now need to add additional detail to the water, geology and background.
