Just a token of friendship

I started doing art to distract me from work, it was good for me and I drew some pictures for friends and kept other pieces at home. When I moved to Dorset I used to draw pictures on cards or paper napkins and leave them for people to find.

Today I gave a friend a study I drew last week as a token of friendship and I had a message from his wife this afternoon that it was already framed, the other week I had a message from a mother that the paper napkin her son found at Studland beach 2.5 years ago is a treasured possession.

Art can be found, received, bought in many ways but most of all it can be enjoyed.
