Just a token of friendship
I started doing art to distract me from work, it was good for me and I drew some pictures for friends and kept other pieces at home. When I moved to Dorset I used to draw pictures on cards or paper napkins and leave them for people to find.
Today I gave a friend a study I drew last week as a token of friendship and I had a message from his wife this afternoon that it was already framed, the other week I had a message from a mother that the paper napkin her son found at Studland beach 2.5 years ago is a treasured possession.
Art can be found, received, bought in many ways but most of all it can be enjoyed.<div class='sharedaddy sd-block sd-like jetpack-likes-widget-wrapper jetpack-likes-widget-unloaded' id='like-post-wrapper-123416164-4637-647a0139125d6' data-src='https://widgets.wp.com/likes/#blog_id=123416164&post_id=4637&origin=andyknillart.com&obj_id=123416164-4637-647a0139125d6' data-name='like-post-frame-123416164-4637-647a0139125d6' data-title='Like or Reblog'><h3 class="sd-title">Like this:</h3><div class='likes-widget-placeholder post-likes-widget-placeholder' style='height: 55px;'><span class='button'><span>Like</span></span> <span class="loading">Loading...</span></div><span class='sd-text-color'></span><a class='sd-link-color'></a></div>
