Terrific Tuesday
More people in town, more visitors, more customers and one or maybe two new commissions today plus friends / acquaintances dropping by to check how I am doing mentally.
Today was a day where I focused on the things I loved:
– prep of materials to sell, today this was continuing to number, title and sign my latest print additions
– chatting with browsers / customers and sharing about art tools, media, technique, subject matter
– sales of a range of cards including the Heavens Gate original art postcard drawn the other day and first Christmas cards in a while
– accessing downloads of scans for 2022 project
– following up a possible local mural project for a topic I know well linked to own interests
– developing wooden box piece with more drawings and detail
– reminiscing re geography teaching of old with another retired geography teacher
– discussing a commission of a clients house and other possibilities rather than just a 2D picture
– seeing friends
– sitting outside in the fresh air
A good day.
