New weekly routine
So Purbeck Art Weeks has drawn to a close, Rollington Barn has been packed away, art collected, sales paid for and May return for 2022. For me personally it combined with a new shop in a new location and my best sales at Rollington Barn with 54 cards sold, it was a shame not to see any prints or originals sell but it is what it is. It offered an opportunity for people to find the new shop especially as I changed premises after the publicity entries for PAW done. Next year I will enter as a Rollington exhibitor again as I have a chance to share a wider range of work, maybe more variety in sizes of works. I will also have the studio / shop as an official Open Studio as it helps drive new visitors to my location too.
Also as September draws to a close a chance to review opening days. The shop will continue to open four days a week, occasionally a trip away may lead to some extra closure but that can always be publicised at the time. September’s opening has confirmed that Monday is the weakest of my current trading days, so a change for October.
From Saturday October 2nd a slight change in opening days but the same business hours.
Open from 10am to 5pm on:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Closed on:
Monday, Thursday, Sunday
I may offer some additional day(s) in the Autumn half term in the last week of October and May also look at additional days / hours in the run up to Christmas.
Art for fun will continue to be offer every day that the shop is open and I am there. It may be inside if the weather outside is unsuitable,
