A busier than expected Saturday

So a solid night’s sleep and a later start but I still fitted in a bit of seafront and gig sighting.

Then onto work via two other workplaces to practice Panto care follow up after last nights get together – both were ok.

My first visitors of the day were shop son Martin who I ordered some more wooden tray frames from as the three drawn so far have now all sold. Then Jacob who made three videos for me, I need to write a review for his D of E award, but as I had said at the time I insisted on paying him a fee for the work done too.

Next visits from some children from a local family who have done art with me at Swanage Primary and art for fun. Soon after I rearranged the shop to accommodate four doing art for fun indoors.

Then two more children interested in taking part arrived and had to sit outside.

Then an overlap as three values friends turned up – Bentley the Sheep with Rob and Charlie. Bentley has moved into a new pen and was seeking some more art to add to the collection, helped ably by Rob and Charlie. I had missed Bentley taking some photos as I photographed the art for fun work.

Later sales included cards and a valentines and overall my second best sales day of 2022. I rearranged the second art for fun table in the shop and put away various items. My last art piece of the day can not be shared as it is an original valentines card for my love.

Lots of chat today, lots of visitors, quite a few sales – a good day.
