What if you are not feeling creative?

There are days and sometimes weeks where the mojo seems to go and I just have to keep going for walks, see if I am still noticing things and building up ideas in my head.

If I am not in the state of mind to focus then drawing cannot happen and I accept that. I allow plenty of time on commissions to always hit my deadline in fact most pieces are ready early. At the moment several things have distracted my head and I can not focus and I am aware so I am letting myself rest.

At other times I seem to be on a creative groove and will complete several pieces of work one after another. Lockdown and knowing that we can not reopen the shop until at least mid April will impact from time to time.

What about you, reader?
