So, it’s Wednesday and this week I am not on shift, I will be for the 21 and 28 of April. I woke early and knew the bay was forecast to be calm. I was up early and on the water by 06:30 so got to watch sunrise while out in Swanage Bay.
It was very calm, quiet. Some dog walkers, runners and sea swimmers. I eventually paddled as far as Sheps Hollow at the end of the groynes and managed beach. I took some video clips and photos with my phone which lives in a waterproof case for this purpose.
Later in the morning we met friends for a drink at the 1859 (pier cafe) and then a walk and more photos with the camera of the variety of boats and people enjoying the sea.
Swanage has so many ways to inspire the artist and I have more links to follow up in future work.<div class='sharedaddy sd-block sd-like jetpack-likes-widget-wrapper jetpack-likes-widget-unloaded' id='like-post-wrapper-123416164-5162-61709161e9e2a' data-src='https://widgets.wp.com/likes/#blog_id=123416164&post_id=5162&origin=andyknillart.com&obj_id=123416164-5162-61709161e9e2a' data-name='like-post-frame-123416164-5162-61709161e9e2a' data-title='Like or Reblog'><h3 class="sd-title">Like this:</h3><div class='likes-widget-placeholder post-likes-widget-placeholder' style='height: 55px;'><span class='button'><span>Like</span></span> <span class="loading">Loading...</span></div><span class='sd-text-color'></span><a class='sd-link-color'></a></div>
