Two weekaversary/ PAW day 4/14
So I have had the shop open for just two weeks now but already it is a place to feel at home and setting up for the day.
My first task today was to draw a commissioned 80th birthday card linked to sailing, an alcoholic drink and a Scottish island. The client was happy and collected and paid for it later. The only other sale today was a card until later in the day when some visitors from yesterday returned and bought one of the two prototype wooden trays with original hand drawn picture on.
After this morning’s card which I can not share a sits a commission I continued to work on my watersports overalls / boiler suit. I completed the pebbles on the beach scene and then started a map of the Purbeck coast from the entrance to Poole Harbour to Lulworth.

I am very pleased with how the first two weeks at the shop has started.
