Helping a friend in need
Today while at Java (coffee house) the screen which has served well until today gave up the ghost and couldn’t be resurrected. I offered Ciaron my old “post office counter”screen as many nicknamed it I used in The Courtyard Studio as I have no counter to sit behind in AndyKnillArtStudio.

That was a collection from the shop where I had some post – proof copies of three new card designs – a modified Santa over Swanage in 8 x 4 for at to match 7/9 other Christmas cards; Corfe castle through the trees; and Prince Albert Memorial. These are not available yet as my printer is waiting on his card folder machine being fixed.
We walked on the seafront today and this afternoon I went out and kayaked – both opportunities to ‘notice’ my surroundings.

A bonus from yesterday was receiving the deposit for my latest commission which has taken my sales for 2021/22 past the total for 2020/21 in just 7.5 months. So AndyKnillArt has increased sales every year since starting..
Tomorrow, back to the shop and Autumn trees work, commission work and art for fun / meeting customers and visitors depending on numbers in town. The forecast remains dry so I intend to be outside for the next two days.
