Stormy outside, quiet inside
So Storm Eunice was due and sensibly I advised people to stay at home, me? Well I went to the shop when I saw I could safely. I went via the sailing club to check my kayaks were safe, which they were and then along the seafront where the high spring tide saw some water topping the seawall.
A coffee at Chococo to start the day then I followed storm news reports, and webcams especially in WestBay and Lyme Regis, Dorset. Both the posts were clearly vibrating and the high tide waves were impressive and good to keep well away from.
This inspired me to do a drawing on an A6 postcard based on an image from Portland.

Then I started to select best panoramas and put the first into an app and added a grid. I made a temporary grid to go around a panorama canvas and started to draw.

This afternoon I got to host two children from one family then a repeat visit from three children from another family both having grandparents in Purbeck. One family bought some cards.
Tomorrow some more panorama work as I am staying in Swanage rather than travelling to Southampton as originally planned.
