Open Studio 6 to reopen
So stayed shut Thursday. Sleep is still very elusive and lack must catch up sometime. Tuesday I didn’t leave the flat and step counter for walks at 0 as it was two weeks ago in April post Made in Dagenham. Yesterday we managed an afternoon walk and an evening one too totalling 11k steps.not at any pace but moving, pausing to watch lifeboat practice launch etc.
Today we got out late morning and pier walk plus sit when I did a sketch. Then onto other end of bay and lunch at Down the Beach followed by a second sketch. Just under 9k steps. Maybe some more this evening, we will see.
So studio was shut today but going to try on Friday and hopefully Saturday too, then take Sunday off to prepare for primary sketching on Mondaymorning. It does mean that I will have a little bit of week two of PAW opening and then Monday pm I get to collect my unsold work and takings from Rollington Barn exhibition space.
I have pulled out of a local event in two weeks that would have meant lots of extraordinary and shutting the shop for two days. Focus on my four day week or whatever I can manage if less and just get back into enjoying the art, produce more smaller pieces, work on my printing skills for relief / Lino printing and maybe some more panorama work too.
So fingers crossed can be open on two consecutive days.
