New year, new plans, countdown to artist anniversary

It is 2023.

A new year and from February 1 I will start my 7th year as an artist.

A dream woke me linked to creativity, a positive dream if slightly manic and bounding full of recognising ideas I have already had and of ideas going forwards for this new calendar year.

Yesterday I hosted a family with four young boys to Art for fun near the end of the day and that along with emails about Purbeck Art Week entries, saved bookmarks about the Year of the Coast….and many more ideas and events were already starting to stir in my head.

I recently had to buy a new iPad as my previous one had died. IOS 16.2 includes a new notes app called Freeform and I have started a brainstorm / board of ideas to keep some sort of record I can use to plan around.

Another good year for my new invention of myself. Yesterday 2022 finished with a continuing development of more takers for art for fun and great verbal feedback from participating families, returning new customers and recognition of links overlapping in the small town Swanage fashion.

I will do a proper review of 2022 and AndyKnillArt but even with the real issues of economic difficulty I am still selling art and promoting the concept of art for fun to numbers that make my studio sustainable, that is a blessing as I need this creative stream to act as my release.

As usual a consciousness stream of points rather than a planned post but heh if you read these posts you should know that by now.
