Magnificent Monday
Yes, blogging next day, just ran out of steam last night. So it’s a Mon to Wed shift fortnight.
Early visitor to shop in first 15 mins picked up and eve with extra info chose large print of Last of the Leaves which was a lovely surprise start to the day. Within 90 minutes the client who had seen Last of the Leaves original in the window during lockdown and reserved it came in. So two 20” x 16” sales, then a greetings card. I had beaten last week’s healthy sales amount for me in less than two hours.

The remainder of the day was quiet for customers but a few things done. I completed adding colour to yesterday’s sketch from Durlston. I drew three designs for colouring in postcards that Martin’s Purbeck Memories of Daisy May arcade are going to jointly sell. He printed off three test cards and I coloured one in.

I also had two business come to me to get Dog friendly social stickers and I sold a sticker to another business later.
Quite a full day really, but would have liked to see more customers even if just to chat.
