The first half of the day involved walking, chatting and noticing with photos taken as possible sources for future drawings.
This afternoon I added stonework detail to one commission piece and drew a card based around some criteria from my client for an 18th birthday card. Photos have been sent to both clients and I await feedback.
I also did some administration catch up and found where I had hidden / ie. stored one of my work folders.
A restful evening and looking forward to my three shifts from Monday to Wednesday this week.
Linked to the above I had read a post on Facebook this morning by The Shoreditch sketcher on how adding brick detail toned down the colour of brickwork, it clearly worked here too.<div class='sharedaddy sd-block sd-like jetpack-likes-widget-wrapper jetpack-likes-widget-unloaded' id='like-post-wrapper-123416164-5219-610b909a8f658' data-src='https://widgets.wp.com/likes/#blog_id=123416164&post_id=5219&origin=andyknillart.com&obj_id=123416164-5219-610b909a8f658' data-name='like-post-frame-123416164-5219-610b909a8f658' data-title='Like or Reblog'><h3 class="sd-title">Like this:</h3><div class='likes-widget-placeholder post-likes-widget-placeholder' style='height: 55px;'><span class='button'><span>Like</span></span> <span class="loading">Loading...</span></div><span class='sd-text-color'></span><a class='sd-link-color'></a></div>
