Today started with a walk on the beach before work and another reference picture to help with my current panorama project.

Coffee pre work at Java and very soon after my new purchase arrived and was fitted and not the shop has a sign all the time outside. I am still using the studio flag as well plus wooden signs, I will also be able to remove the shop name from the front window. The web reference will remain in some form.

This morning I worked on some more preprinting cutting on yesterdays two Lino designs. Then triple inking for the beach post piece, I need to ensure more even inking of each part but the triple colour image is very pleasing. I also used my drying rack to hang yesterdays cards whose ink was still tacky on the sea section.

Later I hosted some children for Art for Fun.

Alfresco lunch and the start of the afternoon which included some work on the panorama and creation of an extra Art for Fun sign pointing out it includes adults. Several visitors had a look but just one sale, to a lady who has two prints of mine bought when I was doing Artisans on the Beach in 2018 or 2019.

So more creativity, a sign that locates the studio at all times and offering art as an activity for others – a success. I am next back in the studio on Tuesday for the start of month seven and the final month of my most successful financial year of five.
